Hi My 11 Year Old Daughter Just Had A Positive

Hi my 11 year old daughter just had a positive ANA test (320 was the titer). Lupus?? The only symptom she has had been blood in her urine tests for the last few years at her well checks. She is a cheerleader and active. No joint pain or anything like that. I'm making myself sick with worry! We have to call to make an apt with nephrologist for kidney ultra sounds. Is this test mean she for sure has lupus? I'm so scared! Thank u
