Hi, My 12 Yr Old Daughter Gets Wrinkly, Water Logged

Hi, my 12 yr old daughter gets wrinkly, water logged hands after a few minutes of water exposure. What would normally happen after 45-60 min in a bath tub, she gets it in 5-10 min. This is uncomfortable to her when she spends time in a swimming pool. Curious if there is a treatment lotion or gloves available for her to enjoy swim time with the family.
