Hi... My 13 Year Old Son Had A Cast Removed

Hi... my 13 year old son had a cast removed today. After the consultant assessed his foot he has gradually started to feel dizzy and sick. This happened 6 hours ago and he doesn't feel well at all and has a slight temperature... could there be something wrong or is this normal. Thanks
