Hi.. My 13 Yr Old Son Has Had An Upset

Hi.. my 13 yr old son has had an upset stomache, on and off for about 3 months.he cant eat sometimes.. Hes had ultrasounds and also some kind of breath test taken... hasnt had a poop test done.. he has a healthy diet and is not over or underweight. All the tests come back negative???
