Hi, My 16 Month Old Daughter Has What I Believe

Hi, my 16 month old daughter has what I believe to be an enlarged post auricular ltmph node one day following her routine varicella vaccine. Over the course if one week it has been getting larger and now a subsequent post auricular node can be palpated. No other associated symptoms other than drooling, which I believe to be related to possible teething and was present prior to her vaccination. At what point should I be concerned?
