Hi my 16 week old daughter has bacterial tonsilitus, she's on 2.5mls of penicillin 4 times a day for 10 days

(We're on day 6)

I have just given her the forth and final dosage of the day and realised I've used a 5ml syringe not the smaller 1

So she has basically had 2.5mls more than prescribed :(
