Hi, My 17 Month Old Has High Fever Since Evening.

Hi, my 17 month old has high fever since evening. It came down after I gave him flexon syrup. It went up again till 104 after 2 hours. Again a dose of flexon was given. It came down. It went up again till 102 and looks like stable at 102 since half an hour. Should I give him flexon syrup again or do what to help him. He has been coughing since morning and has some congestion too.
