Hi, My 18 Month Old Baby Fell Down The Stairs

Hi, my 18 month old baby fell down the stairs and hit her forehead, a bruise appeared which went away but she is left with a dent mark when she frowns. I felt the forehead and there is dent under skin. I there anything I can put on it to make it go away thanks
