Hi my 19 month old child has what looks to be an itchy tongue, he always has his fingers in his mouth and seems to be scratching at it. When I look inside the centre strip of the tongue is a darker red and looks smooth? He also has one tiny spot on the outside of his lips, he also has started spitting out apples which is his favourite fruit? No other symptoms
