Hi, My 1year Toddler Had A Fall While Walking And

Hi, my 1year toddler had a fall while walking and when I lifted him up, isaw his nose bleeding and upper lip swollen .
Should I tk him to dr? I tried to rub ice on his nose, Bt he didn't allow. The bleeding seems to b stopped now..
Pls help n if needed I wil tk him to his dr.
