Hi, My 2 Year Old All Of A Sudden Started

Hi, my 2 year old all of a sudden started holding the side of her neck and crying. She does not currently have a fever. Do we need to take her to the doctor? Is there anything that can relieve her pain if it is some type of strain or injury for a neck movement.
