Hi My 2 Year Old Grandson Has Eczema And When

Hi my 2 year old grandson has eczema and when he gets too hot or aggravated or cries it seems to flare up worse. He itches severely n will scratch until he bleeds. The itching is so intense n bothersome. We've used hydrocortisone creams n many expensive lotions n bath additives. I was wondering if you could recommend some various remedies please.
