Hi My 2 Year Old Had Vomiting Bug 9days Ago!

Hi my 2 year old had vomiting bug 9days ago! Every day I think she is better but then suddenly keeps vomiting again! This past 48hours I've noticed her burps and passing wind is constant and it's extremely gassy smell on both accounts! Tonight checked on her before bed to found she had vomited all round herself again in her sleep! Any suggestions to what this could be?? Many thanks
