Hi, my 2 yrs old son has consistent fever & mouth ulcer for last 4-5 days. Fever drops down after getting Meftalgesic DS and rises again after sometime. Giving him Zytee mouthgel for ulcer. Also Giving Augpen & Sinarest on doctor's advice. Plz suggest
