Hi, My 20 Months Old Daughter Suffers From Severe Ekzema

Hi, my 20 months old daughter suffers from severe ekzema which I think is due a bacterial infection.unfortunately , we were seen by several doctors and not single one made me aware of the possibility of this infection. They keep treating her with steroids( which only give her help for 2 days and heavy emollient which don't work and all creams they give her stink her terribly.Reading more about the bacteria infection and what it causes i am very confident it is the main problem. I think I do manage the diet ok ( started yesterday) however not sure about the skin care as much so far. i am mosturinsing her with coconut oil, aloe Vera and apply yogurt and also a bit of zinc dioxide ( sudocream at the moment) based cream at night if she start itching. I also cleanse her skin with water with few drops of tea tree oil . Just not sure if there is any sequence I should be applying all these differentt things and also what is the best to help her from itching ( particularly at night) thank you very much for your help.
