Hi, My 24 Year Old Daughter Has Had A Swelling

Hi, my 24 year old daughter has had a swelling in her left eyelid, she went to eye hospital and without examining her, they told her it was a cyst. She is since getting frequent hurting and headaches around the eye. She has had the swelling for approx 6 months. Now today she has complained of a hard, painless lump behind her ear. she is also feeling generally unwell. I am so worried, what do you think it could be?
