Hi, my 2yr kid s suffering from cold.. previously doctor had prescribed to give Sinarest plus ( Paracetamol + phenylephrine Hydrochloride + chlorpheniramine maleate + sodium cirate) syrup 4ml 3 times a day.. Now my baby s 2year old and weighs 12 kgs..
