Hi My 2yr Old Daughter Has Been Complaining About Her

Hi my 2yr old daughter has been complaining about her head hurting and her stomach shes had slight diarrhea and somewhat loss of appetite for the past few days she doesnt have a fever but wont wake up shes got her jaws clenched and ive tried to see if i could wedge my fimger between her teeth and i cant and its not waking her up ive opened her eyelids and shine a light on them and she didnt whence or wake up which is definately not like her shes been asleep probably an hour hour 1/2 what should I do?
