Hi , My 3 Year Old Daughter Is Having Fever

Hi , my 3 year old daughter is having fever and cough. Cough is from past few days but fever is from yesterday. We are giving crocin for fever. Temp range is around 100-101.7. no vomiting , no loose motion. Activity wise not much difference but when temp become too high become lazy. Kindly suggest what should we do.
