Hi My 3 Year Old Has Got Bruising On The

Hi my 3 year old has got bruising on the bridge of his nose and down the right hand side and it’s swollen too and won’t wear his glasses as it’s tender. Should I take him to A&E to be checked out. He’s not cried, lost consciousness or had a nose bleed but the bruising is a deep purple.
