Hi, My 3.5 Years Old Daughter Had A Fall And

Hi, my 3.5 years old daughter had a fall and hit her front tooth 3 weeks ago. Her front Left tooth went in and becomes slightly loose. Few days ago, I start noticing her front Right tooth turning dark grey and its gum is purplish and little swollen. What must I do now?
