Hi My 3year Old Kid Is Having Bowel After Food

Hi my 3year old kid is having bowel after food from past a week. Since two days his motion is a ing thick stools with a frequency of 5-6times a day. What could be this due to.i have given him metropolis thrice daily for three days. I have just started ascarzin syrup now... How to deal with it... Please do suggest... I have do e the deporting too ten days back.. Please render ur best advice..
