Hi, My 4 Year Old Vomited As A Result Of

Hi, my 4 year old vomited as a result of coughing and in a few hours temperature went up to 39. Kept him on nurofen/calpol. Was ok overnight, temperature went very high in the morking (39.8) went down with paralink candle. ( got sick trying to take nurofen) No temperature during the day, went back up now 39.4
What wrong with him?
