Hi My 4 Yr Old Son Ia Having Fever And

Hi my 4 yr old son ia having fever and is complaining of headache. Two days ago also he told that he is having headache and pain in throat. Doctor has asked to give him 3.75 ml of augmentin dds and crocin. What can be the reason of fever? Because I have given him 3 doses of medicine.
