Hi My 5 Year Old Songhai Has ASD Is Running

Hi my 5 year old Songhai has ASD is running a high temp since yesterday afternoon. We started him on an anti b this morning. He is looking very poorly red blotchy eyes, very lethargic, he did vomit earlier this afternoon. We are giving him calpol and nurofen but it does not seem to be keeping it down. I'm getting a worried as to what I should do. He's non verbal so he can't tell me how he is feeling. Any help you could give me would be most appreciated. From a worried mom in Dublin
