Hi, My 5 Year Old Son Has Been On 2

Hi, my 5 year old son has been on 2 sets of antibiotics, Orelox and Augmentin for tonsillitis just after that he picked up a virus where the pead prescribed Aspelone 5ml once a day , Texa 7.5ml once a day, ponstan for fever, A cough mixturemixture, nasal Saline spray, and Saline solutions for nebulising. After 5 days of Aspelone he still has a wet cough, runny nose and now is complaining of ear ache .I will continue with cough mixture and Texa but Can I nebulise him with mixture of Pulmicort and Combivent or will this be to much cortisone?
