Hi My 5 Years Old Had An Accident When On

Hi my 5 years old had an accident when on holidays and got fracture number 3 in arm_ elbow..he had an operacion and go to screws it happen in spain..surgeon told me that plaster needs to be four weeks and screws six weeks..when we cameback to ireland just they clean the bound once and in our last visit they did a x ray an surgeon told us that next tuesday they will take plaster and screws because is cure..it is just four weeks that my son is wearing the plaster..but the spanish surgeons told me six weeks..is it too soon to take screws?
