Hi , My 5 Yrs Old Baby Boy , Who

Hi , my 5 yrs old baby boy , who is still in his routine vaccination has got a superficial scratch by a stray cat . Though im not sure about it.
The doc told me to start with rabipore , 0,3,7,14,28 dose. 1st dose is given.
My question is , if i complete the dose , is there any risk still pending or he will be completely safe ??
