Hi, My 54year Old Had A Brain Aneurism A Month

Hi, my 54year old had a brain aneurism a month ago, it was at the base of the brain,they just saved it before it burst, she is coming on slowly,she is talking like a 18month baby, eg. You see me,or me got headache, she knows what she's saying, I feel she is seeking sympathy, what can we do,should I suggest speech therapy.
