Hi, My 5yr Old Son Climb A Dresser And Fell

Hi, my 5yr old son climb a dresser and fell hitting the side of his head close to the temple area on concrete at 12:30 noon time and I was just informed now 9:30 pm by husband that he didn't loose consciousness nor did he have any problems with the pupils. He used ice for the swelling. But it's still slightly swollen and it hurts him. Should I take him to the Children's ER?
