Hi , My 6 Years Old Daughter Is Suffreing From

Hi , my 6 years old daughter is suffreing from loose/watery motion from last 36 hrs. she was hospitalized last month for acute GI and after discarge from she again hospitalized again under acute viral GI. she's hving constant loose motion with several episode for 8- 8 days both times. so what shoud i gv her to stop motions. i gave secef 100 5 ml twice , entrogermina twice and redotil sachet 3 times a day. please help.
