Hi, My 6-yr-old Is Having A Temp Of Up To

Hi, my 6-yr-old is having a temp of up to 104.5, which is not going dwn with paracetamol syrup nor with tylenol for children syrup! He is not sweating. I'm giving him cold sponge/towel dabbing & cool gel patch for his forehead. My friend suggested mefthal. But I remember Meftal-spas is a banned drug, what about mefthal. I know both are not the same. Tx
