Hi, My 64 Year Old Grandmother Has Been Falling Alot

Hi, my 64 year old grandmother has been falling alot lately. She has had 2 falls at work will in a 6 month time frame. She told me, after her fall her coworkers told her she had a dazed and confused look on her face for about 2 minutes after they helped her up. She refused an EMT to be called. This week, she fell and broke her wrist and needs surgery. I'm concerned the falls are a sign of something more sever. She also DOESN'T want to see an MD for the falls. What can I do and is my concern valid?
