Hi, My 9 Month Old May Have Swallowed A Xanax.

Hi, my 9 month old may have swallowed a xanax. She had something round in her mouth and when I tried to sweep it out she swallowed it. What signs should I look for and should I take her to doc? It could have just been a piece of paper or something else.
