Hi My 9 Year Of Son Was Just Getting In

Hi my 9 year of son was just getting in the bath and I noticed his veins all over his chest which looked like someone had drawn all over him, do I need to be worried by this? He has once or twice suffered what we thought was a panic attack where he had trouble getting his breath in school after play time. He was taken to A&E at the time as the doctor thought he had a problem with his left lung but the X-ray came back clear. Could this all be related?
