Hi, My GGT Level Is 178, With Other Results Normal,

Hi, my GGT level is 178, with other results normal, I drink occasionally, 1-2 glasses of wine a week, I'm fit, exercise and stick to a healthy diet. I feel well in general. I'm concerned if it could be the beginning of a pancreatic cancer. No symptoms though. What could cause my GGT level go up? Thanks in advance!
