Hi, My G.P. Just Prescribed Me Lisinopril, Even Though I

Hi, my G.P. just prescribed me lisinopril, even though I have no history of blood pressure issues... Unless I am in a great deal of pain, my bp is usually around 110-120/70-80.... I do have immobility induced diabetes type 2, which has been under control except 1 time..... Then it was 665, which I know is dangerous, but within 4-5 hrs. it was back down to 300, by bedtime 200. Please tell me if she overreacted when she called me that day and made me go to ER...She had already prescribed the meds. Thank you....
