Hi, My HIDA Ejection Fraction Rate Is 39%, My Dr.

Hi, my HIDA Ejection fraction rate is 39%, my Dr. does not recommend surgery, my liver enzymes are slightly elevated. I have chronic constipation, feeling of fullness, bloating, loss of appetite, but have been gaining weight. I have an Endospy coming up soon, and a lengthy family hx of gallbladder removal. What advise can you give me.
