Hi my I had a operation 3 weeks ago to remove a abess out of my tibia none, therefore leaving a open wound that is in the process of healing I have home hospital care so it is getting re dressed every 2 days but the smell is slightly fish like when the dressing comes off it is not infected as I have blood tests is the smell normal
