Hi, My MRI Report Shows That C5/C6 Moderate Broad Based

Hi, my MRI report shows that C5/C6 moderate broad based posterior uncovertebral bar causing flattening of thecal sac and spinal cord, and there is moderate bilateral neural foraminal narrowing, left worse than right, where there is encroachment on the C6 nerve root. What does it mean? And what kind of treatment need!
