Hi My MRI Shows Round T2 Hyper Intense Lesions, Yes

Hi my MRI shows round T2 hyper intense lesions, yes plural, in my kidney, noted as cysts as well as on my spine. He said we need to begin radiation immediately. I've had juvenile RA as well as a botched disectomy in my lower lumbar where the report also said that I have blown out L3/L4. I read that radiology is used when it's not operable. I'm 46. Do you think there is a chance this is cancer?
