Hi My Wife Had An Abortion A Week Back And

Hi my Wife had an abortion a week back and she is still having some bleeding via Vagina and also white cloudy liquid is discharged from her breast just want to know is it normal ? Or some immediate action needs to be taken
About bleeding Doctor told it's normal and will be vanished in few days but about white fluid from breast we only noticed yesterday
Please let me know
