Hi, My Age Is 19 And I Feel That My

Hi, my age is 19 and i feel that my left testicle is lower than other most of time and also dead. I think it is shrunken slowely on period of 3-4 years and now i feel it small and dead. I'm still able to get it up by strengthing the butt muscles but still it is lower than right. Will it affect my sex life. I also did lot of masturbating and still doing. Should i stop masturbating, will it help?
