Hi, My Age Is 23 And I M Addicted To

Hi, my age is 23 and i m addicted to mastubation since the age of 17..now i suffered from several problems..
1. I dont gain weight my body height is 6.4 but weight is 49kg..
2. Darkness below my eye and my face is look like dull
3. I fell tiredness all the day.
4. My behaviour becomig irritating.
5. My pennis get bend one side and i ejaculate in just 1-1.5 minutes..
Sir.. I want to overcome these problem please suggest me the medicines..
