How Can I Lower SGPT And Improve Cholesterol?

Hi my age is 34 and i have checked my SGPT is 70 U/L and also I have chelostrol total is 218 , triglycerides 100, HDL 35, LDL 163, VLDL 20, CHOL/HDL RATIO 6.2 what should I care for this and how I can overcome this, SGPT is high means is there any problems in my body or what I have to checked next.. how to reduce sgpt.
