Hi, My Age Is34. My Last Menstrual Date Is 29th

Hi, my age is34. my last menstrual date is 29th june , now i am pregnant but last week i had spotting, also admitted , doc given microgest tablet , blood test shows TSH 5.5 , tablet started. Now in my sonography dated 12th aug there is faetal pole and CRL but no cardiac activity. Doctor said wl do sonography after1 week. I am having stress what going to happen with my baby.
