Hi My Anus Is Very Itch And Red, The Skin

Hi my anus is very itch and red, the skin on my rectum has came off in some spots and hurts to touch sometimes and when i use the bathroom to go poop there is blood sometimes. It hurts to move or walk sometimes and sometimes sitting down can be painful. What could be the issue?
It started off as small bumps and has now spread to this.
