Hi My Baby Fallen Asleep With Me After Feed On

Hi my baby fallen asleep with me after feed on a sofa last night and I was woken up by a noise. He fell off and most likely from sitting position backwards...he cried for few minutes and fell asleep again. I put him to cot and this morning found dry blood under his nose... no blood stains on sheets and no visible bumps on head...acting normal and happy...should I take him to a doctor?
