Hi My Baby Has Developed Little Reddish Bumps On Cheeks

Hi my baby has developed little reddish bumps on cheeks on her shoulders and on thighs...it started from cheeks . First I thought it might be due to climate change, as we recently moved to USA..it was for 2,and half months den it started spreading . So I got concerned and went to dermatologist ,she said it's keratosis pilaris..she said it will for her life tym...pls tell me he to get rid of dose bumps.Thanks in advance.
