Hi My Baby Is 1 Year And 3 Months And

Hi my baby is 1 year and 3 months and I have noticed that he doesn't like eating well and the regular milk (cows milk gives him diarrhea. And he used to drink soy milk but then the doctor said to try lactose milk and at times he throws up cottage cheese looking and it stinks like vomit. Can you help please.
